- minimum 2 years related work experience

Job Duties
- Direct and assist stewards to improve cleanup efficiency
- ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate and documented
- assist with banquet plate-ups
- assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks
- provide necessary items to cooks
- support banquet and buffet stock and transport
- return cleaned items to proper locations
- operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machine, hand wash and pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactor
- assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
- follow company safety and security policies, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and address guests service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop positive working relationships
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, reaching, and moving objects up to 50 pounds
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
