Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality cleaning preferred
Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment/machinery
Knowledge of proper chemical handling
Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment

Job Duties

Maintain a positive physical appearance of the stewarding and back of house areas
Communicate supply, maintenance, safety and storage needs to leadership promptly
Fulfill restaurant service needs from stewarding throughout the shift
Ensure that all requirements are met according to specifications
