Job Requirements

Job Duties

Maintain and clean the facility area of receiving, outside kitchen areas, trash receptacles, dumpster area and kitchens
Responsible for kitchen janitorial duties during business hours, including trash removal, cleaning of the kitchen floor and mats
Properly pre-rinse, pre-soak, rinse, wash and sanitize each type of plateware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and glassware to assure top levels of sanitation
Maintain and clean equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, hoods and tables, ensuring areas under are clean of any debris
Maintain and clean the facilities walls, floor, mats, trash receptacles, doors, outside receiving area, patios and carts
Assist chefs with cleaning or organization as needed
Maintain proper use and dilution of all chemicals
