Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain and clean the facility area of receiving, outside kitchen areas, trash receptacles, dumpster area and kitchens
  • Responsible for kitchen janitorial duties during business hours, including trash removal, cleaning of the kitchen floor and mats
  • Properly pre-rinse, pre-soak, rinse, wash and sanitize each type of plateware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and glassware to assure top levels of sanitation
  • Maintain and clean equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, hoods and tables, ensuring areas under are clean of any debris
  • Maintain and clean the facilities walls, floor, mats, trash receptacles, doors, outside receiving area, patios and carts
  • Assist chefs with cleaning or organization as needed
  • Maintain proper use and dilution of all chemicals
