Job Duties
- Maintain and clean the facility area of receiving, outside kitchen areas, trash receptacles, dumpster area and kitchens
- Responsible for kitchen janitorial duties during business hours, including trash removal and cleaning of kitchen floor and mats
- Properly pre-rinse, pre-soak, rinse, wash and sanitize all plateware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and glassware
- Maintain and clean kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, hoods and tables, including all under areas
- Maintain and clean facility walls, floors, mats, trash receptacles, doors, outside receiving area, patios and carts
- Assist chefs with cleaning and organization as needed
- Maintain proper use and dilution of all cleaning chemicals
