Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality industry
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong attention to detail
- good interpersonal skills
- basic English communication skills

- Previous experience in a similar kitchen steward or cleaning role
- passion for culinary hygiene and cleanliness
- ability to work effectively in a team
- detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- flexible and able to work varying shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards of food storage and safety
- manage recycling processes efficiently
- clean and sanitize every utensil, glass, and dish to a sparkling standard
- support kitchen staff by keeping the work environment organized and hygienic
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- assist in physical tasks as required including rolling up sleeves and active cleaning
- be flexible to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
