- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
- prior experience in a dishwashing or stewarding role preferred

- previous stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen support experience preferred
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment according to Omni's sanitation standards
- break down banquet and outlet trays in an efficient and timely manner
- deliver clean wares to outlets, banquet areas, and meeting spaces as needed
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- properly store all items in their designated areas
- assist with banquet setup, breakdown, and back-of-house organization as required
