Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- operate dishwashing machines efficiently
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized
- assist kitchen staff as needed with basic food prep or supply organization
- follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs
- support team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
