Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or dietary setting preferred
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitization standards
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Availability to work Friday through Tuesday from 12:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M.
- Commitment to uphold company core values and comply with company policies
Job Qualifications
- Demonstration of core values such as love, kindness, honesty, goodness, fairness, and respect
- Previous experience in the dietary department of a healthcare facility preferred
- Knowledge of operating dish machines
- Ability to handle cleaning supplies and equipment
- Familiarity with sanitary requirements, rules, and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Job Duties
- Maintain dishes, pots, pans, and utensils clean and ready for use
- Ensure the cleanliness of dishwashing and dietary areas
- Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
- Handle and properly store cleaning supplies and equipment
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes and kitchenware
- Comply with sanitary requirements, rules, and regulations
- Assist in maintaining compliance with federal and state health standards
