Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in healthcare dietary or similar environment preferred
- ability to operate dishwashing machinery
- knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical stamina
- team-oriented attitude
- availability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in the dietary department of healthcare facility preferred
- ability to operate dish machine and handle cleaning supplies
- knowledgeable of sanitary requirements, rules, and regulations
Job Duties
- maintain dishes, pots, pans, and utensils clean and ready for use
- ensure cleanliness of dishwashing and dietary areas
- operate dish machine efficiently and safely
- handle cleaning supplies and equipment properly
- sort, stack, and store clean dishes
- comply with sanitary requirements, rules, and regulations
- assist with maintaining kitchen hygiene standards
