Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dietary or similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift and move kitchen items
- Willingness to follow safety and health regulations
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 A.M. to 7:30 P.M.
- Ability to operate dish machine and related equipment
Job Qualifications
- Demonstration of core values: love, kindness, honesty, goodness, fairness, respect
- Previous experience in the dietary department of healthcare facility preferred
- Ability to operate dish machine and handle cleaning supplies
- Knowledgeable of sanitary requirements, rules, and regulations
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Duties
- Maintain dishes, pots, pans, and utensils clean and ready for use
- Responsible for cleanliness of dishwashing and dietary areas
- Operate dish machine and handle cleaning supplies and equipment
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes
- Adhere to sanitary requirements, rules, and regulations
- Follow federal and state health regulations as well as company policies
- Support kitchen operations to provide a clean and safe environment
