Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in dietary or dishwashing preferred
- ability to operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment
- knowledge of sanitary rules and regulations
- ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work Thursday through Saturday
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Demonstration of core values such as love, kindness, honesty, goodness, fairness, and respect
- previous experience in dietary department of healthcare facility preferred
- knowledge of sanitary requirements and cleaning procedures
- ability to operate dish machines and cleaning equipment
- strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Maintain dishes, pots, pans, and utensils clean and ready for use
- ensure cleanliness of dishwashing and dietary areas
- operate dish machine efficiently
- handle cleaning supplies and equipment properly
- sort, stack, and store clean dishes
- comply with sanitary requirements, rules and regulations
- follow company policies and federal/state regulations
