Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- require some shifts on weekends and holidays
- maintain cleanliness standards in all heart of house areas
- assist team members as needed during peak hours
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
