Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in high-volume food production environment
- Schedule flexibility including early mornings late nights weekends and holidays
- Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
- Ability to perform light lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working around kitchen equipment and exposure to heat steam fire noise and cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in high-volume food production environment
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Schedule flexibility early mornings late nights weekends holidays
- Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
- Being acinephile is a plus
Job Duties
- Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the companys core values code of conduct and operational guidelines
- Maintains the highest safety standards and follows all protocols to keep our teams and guests healthy is knowledgeable about all Alamo policies and procedures
- Cleans preps organizes and maintains kitchen and dishwashing areas as needed and assigned
- Ensures that all dishes cutlery glassware etc are cleaned and sanitized quickly efficiently and thoroughly to support the flow of food and drinks from the kitchen to the guests
- Utilizes tools measuring cups spoons scales and any other tool required by Alamo kitchen operations protocols for all preparations
- Follows cleaning schedules prep lists station stocking guides and other kitchen systems used to control food waste production and quality
- Communicates needs concerns and other points of importance with teammates and managers regularly
- Supports the delivery of food and beverage orders as business dictates
