Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
must be physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
dependable team player
willingness to learn and take direction
ability to work quickly under pressure

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong multitasking skills
dependable and punctual
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
assist in maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
perform cleaning duties during and after shifts
handle waste disposal and recycling according to policies
assist with stock rotation and storage
requires some shifts on weekends and holidays
