Job Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Previous knowledge of food service preferred
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to be on feet for the majority of the day and walk far distances
Job Qualifications

- Possesses ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Depending upon location of hire, ServSafe may be required to obtain within a designated time frame
Job Duties
- Complies with Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines for food service
- Maintains quality control standards
- Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
- Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system
- Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
