Job Duties

Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
Support other areas of the restaurant such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
Adapt to varying weekly work hours depending on business needs
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing area
Assist with the overall smooth operation of the restaurant
Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
