Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift 20 pounds or more
- Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication abilities

Job Duties
- Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
- Prepare dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas
- Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc
- Sweeping and mopping floors as needed
- Remove soiled plates and flatware, wash them thoroughly
- Restock items as needed
- Empty and clean trash receptacles
