Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar role preferred

Job Duties
- set up and successfully operate three compartment sinks
- operate high temperature dish machines
- safely operate all cleaning and sanitation equipment in dining service
- maintain high levels of sanitation in the kitchen
- maintain high levels of cleanliness in dish room
- follow cleaning schedules and protocols
- ensure compliance with local and state sanitation standards
