Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in kitchen sanitation preferred
- ability to work full time including weekends and holidays
- capacity to stand for long periods
- ability to follow instructions carefully
- physical ability to lift heavy items
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- working knowledge of temperature and chemical standards
- compliance with local and state sanitation regulations
- ability to follow cleaning procedures
- experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina
- reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- set up and operate three compartment sinks
- operate high temperature dish machines
- safely operate cleaning and sanitation equipment
- maintain high levels of sanitation in kitchen and dish room
- follow cleaning schedules rigorously
- ensure cleanliness of storage rooms and dining areas
- comply with all sanitation and safety regulations
