Job Duties

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils according to health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station, kitchen equipment, and storage areas
Ensure all wares are correctly stored and ready for use
Assist with trash removal and recycling, ensuring proper disposal procedures
Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain overall cleanliness of the back-of-house areas
Support cooks and kitchen staff by restocking items, utensils, or equipment as needed
Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and guest spaces when required
Assist with organizing supplies and maintaining an orderly work environment
Water outdoor planters as scheduled to maintain healthy and presentable greenery
Pick up trash and debris in the outdoor areas to keep the property clean and welcoming
