Job Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils according to health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station, kitchen equipment, and storage areas
- Ensure all wares are correctly stored and ready for use
- Assist with trash removal and recycling, ensuring proper disposal procedures
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain overall cleanliness of the back-of-house areas
- Support cooks and kitchen staff by restocking items, utensils, or equipment as needed
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and guest spaces when required
- Assist with organizing supplies and maintaining an orderly work environment
- Water outdoor planters as scheduled to maintain healthy and presentable greenery
- Pick up trash and debris in the outdoor areas to keep the property clean and welcoming
