Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Willingness to adhere to company policies and a tobacco-free workplace
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a dishwashing or cleaning role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good physical stamina and strength
Ability to work well in a team
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures

Job Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
Remove trash and recycling in a timely manner
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed
Ensure all dishware and utensils are sanitized and stored properly
Follow health and safety regulations
Report equipment malfunctions to management
