Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Extended periods of standing and working on feet
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs using proper techniques
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- Experience in a fast-paced, high standard sanitation environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Good physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc
- Clean and maintain all trash bins
- Deposit kitchen and dish room garbage in dumpsters
- Keep floor clean, free of spills, food, trash and obstacles
- Daily clean walk-in cooler
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area during shift
- Ensure proper rotation of dishes, pots, pans, storage bins including lifting up to 40 lbs
- Maintain company safety and sanitation standards
- Organize and maintain storage of all dishware
- Comply with health codes by proper cleaning and storage of utensils
- Assist other employees as needed
- Perform all opening and closing duties
- Sanitation and safety compliance
- Demonstrate positive attitude and teamwork
- Adhere to all company policies
