- Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by licensure
- Food handler's certification
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience with dishwashing and kitchen sanitation techniques

Job Duties
- Use dishwashers in the proper washing of china, cookware utensils and equipment
- Understand state regulations for a clean and sanitary department
- Assist in the use and storage of all kitchen chemicals
- Wash dirty dishware from all dining room and utensils and cookware in kitchen
- Wash dishes, cookware, flatware, etc., with dishwasher or by hand in the correct meat or dairy area
- Perform cleaning duties in kitchen, dining room, dishwashing area and assist in keeping counter, kitchen equipment, delivery carts, wells, shelves, doors, and coolers clean
