Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Complete opening dishwashing duties including setting up and organizing the dishwashing area and cleaning remaining dishes from the prior day
- Complete closing dishwashing duties including leaving dishwashing area clean, dry, and free from dirty dishes, removing trash bins and emptying outside, and performing nightly cleaning duties
- Operate all assigned equipment safely and according to design
- Sort and wash all soiled china, glass, and flatware using proper cleaning procedures and equipment
- Load and unload china, glass, and flatware from dishwasher to appropriate storage areas
- Maintain the dish machine at all times and ensure correct temperature before use
- Minimize breakage using proper storage and racking techniques
- Assist with stocking incoming supplies and perishable items using proper handling, food preparation as needed, additional cleaning of back of the house, cleaning pots, pans, and large cooking utensils as per standards, transporting wares, maintaining cleanliness and safety of dishwashing area and kitchen, monitoring par stock of service station wares, maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned stations, emptying and disinfecting trash bins, cleaning listed areas, and other duties assigned by supervisor
