Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to work 2nd shift (3PM - 11PM) on a part-time basis
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for long periods
- Ability to follow safety procedures when handling chemicals
- Strong work ethic
- Must be able to tolerate varied working conditions
- Must be able to change activities quickly

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils
- Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks
- Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement
- Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties
