Job Duties
- Operate dishwasher to ensure dishware and silverware are clean and available for use
- Run clean dishes to proper storage areas throughout restaurant
- Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping various ingredients, cutting and sorting meat etc.
- Maintain a clean and orderly area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash/linens
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
