Job Requirements
- No degree or any other education earned required
- No experience required
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Capability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting non-patient items 0-75 lbs, pushing or pulling non-patient items 0-75 lbs, standing and walking for extended periods
- Comfortable with working conditions involving exposure to dust, fumes, hazardous chemicals, biohazards, blood and bodily fluids, and wet or slippery surfaces
- Availability to work dayshift

Job Duties
- Complies with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements regarding kitchen safety and sanitation
- Transports carts and delivers or picks up meal trays from assigned areas
- Collects and disposes of all food-related and recyclable waste and trash regularly
- Performs warewashing duties according to safety guidelines including dishmachine and three compartment pot sink
- Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning solutions
