Job Requirements

- No experience required
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Must be physically capable of bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, lifting or carrying weights up to 75 lbs, pushing, pulling, reaching, standing and walking for extended periods
- Must comply with internal and regulatory safety and sanitation policies

Job Duties
- Complies with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements regarding kitchen safety and sanitation
- Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning solutions
- Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste and trash
- Performs warewashing duties per safety guidelines including dishmachine and three compartment pot sink
- May transport carts, deliver meal trays or pick up meal trays from assigned areas
- Maintains sanitation standards to prevent contamination and infection
- Assists in ensuring a safe and clean foodservice environment
