Job Requirements

- No previous experience required
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to comply with safety and sanitation protocols
- Willingness to work daytime shifts
- Ability to handle exposure to environmental factors such as dust, fumes, and hazardous chemicals
- Must pass post offer pre-placement assessment and drug testing

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Willingness to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain carts and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning solutions
- Comply with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements and standards regarding kitchen safety and sanitation
- Transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas
- Regularly collect and dispose of all food related and recyclable waste and trash
- Perform warewashing duties per safety guidelines, which may include operating dishmachines and three compartment pot sinks
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards within the Foodservice Department
- Support the overall kitchen sanitation efforts to ensure compliance with health codes
