Job Requirements
- No degree or any other education earned required
- No prior experience required
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb, kneel, lift/carry 0-75 lbs non-patient items
- Capacity to perform repetitive hand/arm movements and standing, walking, pushing or pulling up to 60 percent of the time
- Ability to work days shift
- Must pass post offer pre-placement assessment including drug testing

Job Duties
- May transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas
- Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste/trash
- Performs warewashing duties per safety guidelines, including dishmachine and three compartment pot sink
- Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning solutions
- Complies with internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements/standards regarding kitchen safety and sanitation
- Follows infection control standards strictly
- Supports patient and family centered care through courteous and timely service
