- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Availability to work day shifts

Job Duties
- May transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas
- Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste/trash
- Performs warewashing duties per safety guidelines, including use of dishmachine and three compartment pot sink
- Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning solutions
- Complies with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements/standards regarding kitchen safety and sanitation
