Job Duties
- Perform warewashing duties per safety guidelines
- Clean and maintain carts and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning solutions
- Comply with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements regarding kitchen safety and sanitation
- Transport carts and deliver or pick up meal trays from assigned areas
- Regularly collect and dispose of all food-related and recyclable waste or trash
- Maintain hand hygiene and follow infection control standards
- Support patient and family centered care by providing timely and efficient service
