Job Requirements

Job Duties
- wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, cutting boards, and kitchen equipment
- clean and maintain all kitchen surfaces, including floors, walls, sinks, coolers, and work areas
- properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and tools in accordance with safety standards
- monitor dish area and ensure clean items are available throughout the day
- remove trash and recyclables regularly and ensure proper disposal procedures are followed
- assist with basic kitchen prep tasks when needed and support team cleanliness efforts
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- communicate effectively with fellow team members and kitchen leadership
- uphold all Plum Market policies, procedures, and standard operating practices
