Job Requirements
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stand for an entire shift
- Safely move about in all areas of the kitchen
- Must speak fluent English
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintaining the dish room and dish machine
- Assisting with cleaning other areas of the space as requested
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
- Performing more than one task at a time
- Communicating effectively with co-workers
- Operating dish washing machines to company and manufacturer specifications
- Restocking all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans throughout the shift
- Keeping all trash and dumpster areas clean and organized
- Assisting with taking out garbage when needed
- Assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
