Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Wash and sanitize dishes glassware flatware pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and equipment
  • Ensure all kitchen utensils and cookware are available for kitchen use
  • Follow sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Assist with receiving and storing inventory as needed
  • Dispose of waste according to regulations
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
