Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
- must be able to lift items above and below head height
- able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift
- able to push and pull equipment, mops, and brooms occasionally
- able to work in variable temperature environments

Job Duties
- Use hands or dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring sanitizer levels meet health standards
- store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area
- keep kitchenware storage organized
- remove trash from dish room and transport it to dumpster
- clean and sanitize garbage cans
