Job Qualifications
- Food Handler's Card within 30 days
- knowledge of cleaning and unloading dishwashing machine desirable
- ability to operate the dishwashing machine
- ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- ability to work safely in fast pace environment
Job Duties
- Operates and cleans washing machine
- washes pots, pans, utensils and kitchen appliances
- removes dishes from bus tubs
- maintains work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition
- assists other kitchen personnel as necessary
- stocks and rotates inventory
- assures functionality of appropriate dishwashing equipment
