- ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions

- knowledge of cleaning and unloading dishwashing machine desirable
- ability to operate the dishwashing machine
- ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions

Job Duties
- operate and clean dishwashing machine
- wash pots, pans, utensils and kitchen appliances
- remove dishes from bus tubs
- maintain work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition
- assist kitchen personnel as necessary
- stock and rotate inventory
- assure functionality of dishwashing equipment
