Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon food handler's permit
- availability for part-time seasonal work including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for the entire shift and maintain fast-paced mobility
- committed to excellent attendance
- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- must be a well-spoken, dynamic, and self-motivated individual
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- good time management skills with strong attention to detail
- methodical and organized approach to tasks
- ability to maintain composure during busy periods
- strong communication skills
- must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon food handler's permit
Job Duties
- keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently
- clean and maintain kitchen equipment
- perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- complete shift work in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards
- maintain good working relationships with coworkers, guests, administrators and managers
- stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
- perform other duties as assigned
