Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon food handler's permit
  • availability for part-time seasonal work including evenings and weekends
  • ability to stand for the entire shift and maintain fast-paced mobility
  • committed to excellent attendance
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
  • must be a well-spoken, dynamic, and self-motivated individual

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
  • good time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • methodical and organized approach to tasks
  • ability to maintain composure during busy periods
  • strong communication skills
  • must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon food handler's permit

Job Duties

  • keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
  • consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently
  • clean and maintain kitchen equipment
  • perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • complete shift work in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards
  • maintain good working relationships with coworkers, guests, administrators and managers
  • stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
  • perform other duties as assigned
