Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
- willingness to work part-time in a hotel environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old
- effective communication skills
- basic knowledge of sanitary guidelines
- knowledge of dish machine operations
- ability to supervise and train students
- ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- stock supplies such as utensils and plates in serving stations, cupboards, and racks
- sweep and scrub floors as well as clean garbage cans with soap and water
- sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- regular and consistent attendance at work
- perform other related work duties as assigned
- serve as a resource for students by answering questions and providing guidance
- document observations of performance and progress in timely fashion
- ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including health code
