Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work evening shifts
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to work every other weekend
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is beneficial
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- attention to detail in cleaning and sanitation practices
- good communication skills
- ability to maintain positive relationships with residents and colleagues
Job Duties
- Perform light and heavy cleaning duties of all kitchen equipment and wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- put away stock as directed in all areas of the kitchen
- complete tasks on daily/weekly sanitation list
- keep department logs current including start/end times, food temperatures, food substitutions, equipment temperatures, sanitation log, and floor stock delivery log
- establish and maintain courteous relationships with residents, their significant others, and other facility personnel
