Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- food service sanitation certificate according to state or local requirements
- ability to stand walk bend and squat for prolonged periods
- ability to lift push and pull up to 50 pounds
- basic reading and writing skills
- ability to speak english in an understandable manner
- must be able to work weekend days and holiday rotation

- handle dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- work effectively in a team environment
- participate in weekend and holiday rotations
- communicate professionally and sensitively with staff
