Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to understand written and verbal instructions
ability to lift objects of fifty pounds or more
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
ability to handle hot liquids and potentially hazardous materials safely
prior experience in similar roles preferred

Job Duties

Set up dishwashing and pot sink area for service
wash dishes, pots and pans during service and return to storage area
maintain weekly cleaning schedule
dispose of trash, boxes, cans and bottles in proper receptacles
sweep and mop kitchen floor, walk-in refrigerators and dining room tile areas
wash floor mats
maintain kitchen and dining room sanitation to minimize foodborne illness and cross contamination
follow set closing procedures
