Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, prep surfaces, sinks, and storage areas
  • assist with waste disposal, recycling, and proper handling of chemicals
  • organize and store clean dishes and equipment in designated areas
  • support kitchen staff with basic prep tasks such as unloading deliveries and stocking supplies
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
  • communicate effectively with chefs and cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
  • uphold the club's standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality
