Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, prep surfaces, sinks, and storage areas
- assist with waste disposal, recycling, and proper handling of chemicals
- organize and store clean dishes and equipment in designated areas
- support kitchen staff with basic prep tasks such as unloading deliveries and stocking supplies
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- communicate effectively with chefs and cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
- uphold the club's standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality
