Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience required
- ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 2 pm
- must maintain compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving supplies
- able to follow company policies and procedures
- must be punctual and reliable
- eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in dishwashing machine racks
- washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures
- polishes silverware using equipment and hand cloths
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels
- keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies
- performs other duties as assigned
