Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior dishwashing experience needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weight
- Flexible to work scheduled shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
- Must comply with safety and health regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- Polishes silverware using burnishing machine, chemical dips, buffing wheel, or hand cloth as needed
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards
- Keeps dishwashing area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to uphold safety and sanitation
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and places it in designated containers
- Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Helps load and unload supplies and products
- Performs other duties as assigned
