Job Duties
- Follow the posted work schedule and arrive on time and in appropriate work attire
- maintain the kitchen and other assigned areas in a sanitary manner
- properly wash china, flatware, glassware, and kitchen equipment including monitoring machine rinse pressure and water temperatures
- establish and maintain constructive working relationships with coworkers and residents
- be familiar with food handling procedures and regulations
- operate kitchen appliances such as the dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, and ice machine
- assist with food preparation, inventory, maintenance, food deliveries, and shelving stock
