Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Availability to work part-time schedule Monday through Friday 10:30 am to 2:30 pm
Willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a team environment
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Basic physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
Willingness to work part-time shift Monday through Friday
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or loads racks or conveyor to dishwashing machine ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
Washes pots, pans and trays following assigned procedures
Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and procedures ensuring cleanliness
Maintains compliance with safety procedures
Monitors temperatures and chemical levels according to standards
Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain safety and sanitation
Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
Removes trash and cleans garbage cans
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Assists with loading and unloading supplies and product
Performs other duties as assigned
