Job Requirements

  • Some prior dishwashing experience preferred
  • availability to work part-time shifts Monday through Thursday
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • some prior dishwashing experience preferred
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • strong attention to detail
  • good physical stamina for standing and lifting
  • willingness to learn and adapt to food service standards

Job Duties

  • Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine
  • washes pots, pans, and trays ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
  • polishes silver using appropriate equipment and procedures
  • ensures compliance with safety procedures
  • maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to standards
  • keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
  • sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain safety and sanitation
