Job Requirements

Six months dish washing experience preferred
ability to communicate effectively in English
knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitation techniques
maintain clean personal appearance and hygiene
capable of standing for extended periods
ability to work in extreme temperatures ranging from +110F to -10F
capable of bending, squatting, climbing, and walking
able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and push 250 lbs carts
capable of performing repetitive motions
high school level math
no computer skills required
no certificates or licenses required

Job Qualifications

Six months dish washing experience in a restaurant setting preferred
effective communication skills in English
knowledge of sanitation, chemical, and ware washing procedures
high school level math
maintain good personal hygiene
ability to work cooperatively with team members

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans
ensure adequate stock of clean utensils and equipment for restaurant shift openings
transport dirty items using carts
maintain cleanliness and order in storage rooms and kitchen areas
cooperate and communicate effectively with kitchen and dining room staff
comply with health and safety standards
assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned
